The Cover Kid Event Redesign

The Cover Kid Event (and Shopping Extravaganza) is one of Baton Rouge Parents Magazine’s many annual community events, where hundreds of local children audition to become a Cover Kid for the magazine. Previously, the branding featured a medium gray and coral pink. This didn’t reflect the fun and family-oriented nature of the event. In 2017, I was tasked with completely redesigning The Cover Kid Event branding. This included a logo, brand identity, posters, sponsor application packets, print and digital ads of various sizes, large format banners (all vector graphics), and website graphics and pages.
